At Pramukh Silver, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 92.5 sterling silver jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read our strict return guidelines below:
🔄 1. 7-Day Return Window
You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.
✅ 2. Genuine Reason Required
Returns are accepted only for valid and genuine reasons, such as receiving a damaged product in transit, a manufacturing defect, or receiving an incorrect item.
🏷️ 3. Security Tag & Condition (Strictly Enforced)
The product must be completely unused and in its original packaging. The original security tag/barcode MUST remain intact and attached to the jewelry. If the tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for a return or refund under any circumstances.
📦 4. Unboxing Video Mandatory
For your security and to prevent fraudulent claims, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is compulsory. To initiate a return, you must share the unboxing video along with clear photographs showing the defect. Without these proofs, the return claim will be rejected.
💳 5. Verification & Refund
Once you submit the video and photos, our quality assurance team will manually verify your claim. Once the returned product reaches our facility and passes the quality check, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
